OWINGS MILLS, Md. (Feb. 1, 2024) – The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) Board of Directors proudly announces the appointment of Jason R. Morin as a Public Member.
Morin is an executive leader with more than twenty years of experience in optimizing reimbursement operations and third-party payor relationships in the home medical equipment (HME) sector. Currently, Morin is senior manager payor relations for Coloplast, a global medical device company dedicated to improving the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs.
In his current role Jason collaborates with stakeholders across the industry to advance policy, regulation and legislation to ensure or increase access to medically appropriate medical supplies. Morin’s previous work experience includes serving as president and CEO of Home Medical Equipment & Services of New England (HOMES) as well as vice president of reimbursement and payor relations for Home Care Specialists, Inc.

Morin earned his MBA with a concentration in healthcare from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and his undergraduate degree in respiratory care from Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. He is the proud recipient of two HOMES acknowledgments, the Christopher J. Denmark Commitment to Excellence Award in 2017 and the Outstanding Volunteer Award in 2016. In addition to his BOC service, Morin is chair of the Massachusetts Board of Respiratory Care and a member of the Northern Essex Community College respiratory program advisory board. He presently resides in Massachusetts, with his wife, Renee, and two teenage sons.
